What Happens if You Cannot Finish Your Trailer Purchase
We understand that sometimes situations change. If you cannot continue with your rent-to-own agreement, here’s what you need to know:
• Return the Trailer: You must return the trailer in good condition.
• No Ownership: Payments made cover rental use up to that point; they do not apply as equity if the contract is not completed.
• Security Deposit: Your security deposit may be used for any damages or unpaid amounts. If there are no issues, the remaining deposit will be refunded.
• No Penalty for Early Return: You can end your rent-to-own agreement early by returning the trailer at any time.
